Junction City Tigers Girls Volleyball 3-0 Cottage Grove

Junction City's volleyball program picked up a clean road sweep Thursday evening, defeating Cottage Grove 3-0 in non-league action away from home. The Tigers of Junction City, Oregon, members of the 4A-4 Sky-Em League, handled the Lions in straight sets to move their overall record to 15-3 on the season. Making the trip to Cottage Grove and walking away without dropping a set speaks to the depth and composure this group has shown through much of the fall. With 18 matches now in the books, Junction City has established itself as one of the more consistent programs in the area, and a non-league result like this one adds valuable momentum heading into the final stretch of the schedule. The Tigers will look to build on Thursday's performance when they return to action next week, with league matches ahead that will shape the final standings and postseason picture for the 4A-4 Sky-Em League.
