Eugene Sports Hub SMS Alerts

Eugene Sports Hub is a local sports media platform serving the Lane County community. Our SMS alert program sends opted-in subscribers real-time game scores, schedule changes, game day reminders, end-of-night scoreboards, and youth registration deadline alerts for the teams and sports they have chosen to follow.

You can subscribe to Eugene Sports Hub SMS Alerts in three ways:

1. Visit eugenesportshub.com, enter your phone number on our signup or team-follow form, select the teams you want to follow, and check the box agreeing to receive recurring text messages.
2. Text START, SUBSCRIBE, JOIN, or YES to our published Eugene Sports Hub number.
3. If you are already an email subscriber, click the “Get Text Alerts” link in any Eugene Sports Hub email and confirm your phone number and team selections.

Message frequency varies by season and by the teams you follow. Typical subscribers receive 2–10 messages per week during active sports seasons, with higher volume on game days. Coaches participating in the score reporting network typically receive 1–3 messages per game day during active seasons.

Message and data rates may apply. Eugene Sports Hub does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates from your wireless provider apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all Eugene Sports Hub SMS communications. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also email support@eugenesportshub.com at any time.

Eugene Sports HubSMS Alerts are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Eugene Sports Hub is not responsible for delays, failures in delivery, or errors in messages caused by carriers or third-party service providers.

Your privacy matters to us. Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to deliver the alerts you have opted in to. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
