Elmira Falcons Football 26-23 Creswell

A late road victory gave Elmira football a much-needed boost Friday night, as the Falcons defeated Creswell 26-23 in a non-league contest played in Creswell. The win improves Elmira, based in Elmira, Oregon and competing in the 3A-SD3 Special District 3, to 2-7 on the season. The three-point margin kept things tense throughout, with Elmira holding on just enough to secure the final score. Playing away from home in a game that carried no league implications, the Falcons found a way to grind out the result against a Bulldogs squad that pushed them to the final moments. For a team that entered the night at 1-7, the victory carries real emotional weight heading into the close of the fall campaign. It is the kind of win that builds confidence for younger players and rewards seniors finishing out their high school careers. Elmira will look to build on this momentum as the 2026 season winds down.
