About this program
Experience a multi-sport adventure and learn the basics of various athletics at a recreational level. Coaches focus on the fundamentals: being active and engaged, good sportsmanship, teamwork and cooperation, physical skills, and, most importantly, having fun. Participants will have a blast in a positive social environment while playing different sports!
