About this program
Skills and strategies of basketball for 5th graders. Teams are formed by grade, gender, and school. Includes a pre-season jamboree January 16-17 and eight regular season games on 10 foot baskets with 12 foot free-throw lines. No zone defense. Each player receives a T-shirt. Registration closes November 15. Practices begin December 14. Season runs January 23 through March 14.

Scholarships available
Kidsports offers a 40% scholarship on league fees for qualifying families in the Eugene 4J, Bethel, and Springfield districts. Apply before registering. Families with a deployed military parent get one free league registration per school year.
