McKenzie Eagles Softball 3-10 Echo / Stanfield

McKenzie couldn't generate enough offense Friday afternoon, falling 10-3 to Echo/Stanfield in a league softball matchup at home. The visiting squad built an early advantage and maintained control throughout, handing the Eagles their sixth loss of the campaign.
Despite the setback, McKenzie remains in solid position within conference play. The Eagles now stand at 5-6 overall but maintain a strong 4-2 league record, keeping their postseason hopes very much alive.
The seven-run defeat was uncharacteristic for a McKenzie team that has shown resilience throughout the spring season. The Eagles managed three runs but couldn't match Echo/Stanfield's offensive output when it mattered most.
With league play heating up in the final weeks of the regular season, McKenzie will need to bounce back quickly. The Eagles' strong conference record gives them a cushion, but every remaining game carries added significance as they push toward the playoffs. McKenzie looks to return to form in their next outing.
