Creswell Bulldogs Girls Volleyball 3-1 Sisters

Traveling to Sisters proved no obstacle for Creswell volleyball on Wednesday, as the Bulldogs knocked off the hosts 3-1 in non-league action. Creswell, based in Creswell, Oregon, and competing in the Mountain Valley Conference (3A), picked up a road victory that gives the program a stronger footing heading into the heart of its fall schedule.
The Bulldogs took the match in four sets, showing enough resilience to close things out after what was a competitive evening against a Sisters squad playing in front of its home crowd. Winning on the road in non-league play against an out-of-conference opponent can be a valuable test, and Creswell passed it.
With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 5-3 on the season. After stumbling a bit through the early portion of the schedule, this result marks back-to-back wins and signals the team may be hitting its stride at the right time.
Creswell returns to action next week with conference play on the horizon.
