Creswell Bulldogs Boys Soccer 2-1 Sweet Home

A hard-fought 2-1 victory over Sweet Home on Wednesday gave Creswell boys soccer a much-needed league win on home turf in Creswell, Oregon, as the Bulldogs improved their standing in the Mountain Valley Conference (3A). The narrow margin kept things tense throughout, with Creswell ultimately holding off the Huskies to secure the result. The win moves Creswell to 3-9 overall and 2-4 in conference play, a boost for a squad that has been grinding through a challenging season. Playing at home gave the Bulldogs a familiar setting, and they made the most of it, finding a way to get two goals on the board and protect the lead when it mattered. Every conference win carries weight as the postseason picture takes shape, and this result gives Creswell some momentum heading into the final stretch. The Bulldogs will look to build on this performance when they take the field again later this week.
